Minichic / Baze

Minichic and Baze are two different brands that belong to the same group. They explore different styles but always walking through a rich universe of colors and brasilities. Together, they develop clothing for the whole family, from kids to men and women. 

 First, we have the Baze prints, in which, for the first two seamless patterns, we used a very detailed gouache and watercolor technique, creating also placed prints with the illustrations. The challenge was creating something to connect the brand with the city of Rio de Janeiro, exploring Brazilian common tropical fruits in the first print, and birds and foliage with Rio's sidewalk for the second one.

 We are also often creating new designs specially tailored for Minichic. We can find below some of the latest ones, where we explored the digital painting technique besides the gouache.
